Such a cute new hidden gem! I’m so glad this place just opened near my house. It’s incredibly clean, affordable, and has a calm, welcoming vibe. I came in needing a relaxing but effective massage — and that’s exactly what I got. Mia greeted me warmly and made sure I felt taken care of from the start. Emily, my massage therapist, did a fantastic job working out my knots and really listened to what my body needed.

They use oil and hot stones, which was lovely, though I personally prefer oil throughout rather than massage over the sheets (like on the front of my legs while lying on my back). I mentioned it to Mia afterward, and she made a note for next time, which I really appreciated. It’s little touches like that that show they care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Mia was amazing!! Such a great massage at Sands Spa! I came in for a relaxing service with a painful area needing to be addressed. Mia took enough time to work through my troubled area, while still providing an overall full-body massage. She gladly adjusted her pressure upon my request and was grateful for any communication, allowing her to customize my massage. Mia has a skilled/intuitive technique and she radiates a caring and kind energy.
The facility is very clean, peaceful, and tastefully done, and the pricing is reasonable. I’ll be back soon to try the reflexology service, which has me intrigued
